2. General Information on Data Processing
We process personal data of our users only to the extent necessary to provide a functioning website as well as our content and services. Processing generally only takes place with the user’s consent or on the basis of a legal permission (Art. 6 (1) GDPR).
3. Contact and Application Forms
If you send us enquiries via the contact or application forms (the “Contact” section) or by email, your details from the respective form, including the contact details you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing your enquiry and for any follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures / contract performance, e.g. for applications or staffing requests) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in processing your enquiry).
Enquiries are received and processed directly by the controller. No external form or delivery service provider is currently used.
4. Hosting
The website is operated on a dedicated virtual server (vServer) with a server location in Germany. The infrastructure provider is myLoc managed IT AG, Am Gatherhof 44, 40472 Düsseldorf, Germany (brand fastwebserver.de). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider. When the website is accessed, temporary access data (including IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, volume of data transferred, user agent) is processed server-side in server log files. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (secure and stable operation of the website).
5. Cookies and Analytics Tools
This website currently does not use any analytics or marketing cookies and does not embed any third-party services for analytics purposes. Should cookies, analytics tools or a consent management tool be used in the future, this section will be extended accordingly and a cookie banner will be implemented.
6. Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

7. Retention Period
Personal data from contact and application forms is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected and no statutory retention obligations apply. Server log files are deleted or anonymised after no more than 30 days.
