Drivers with an EU driving licence and code 95 – focused on Poland, Bulgaria, Greece, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Czechia and Hungary.
Strategic Partners & Future Projects
For drivers from third countries holding driving licences under Annex 11 FeV, conversion may be possible without a theoretical and/or practical test, depending on the country of origin and licence category. The required basic qualification (code 95) may already be in place or can be obtained in Germany. These countries include, among others, Albania, Kosovo, Serbia, Montenegro, Moldova, Ukraine and South Africa.
For further international recruiting projects, we source qualified drivers from, among others, Turkey, Uzbekistan, Tunisia, Morocco, India and Pakistan. Depending on the country of origin, candidates have German or good English language skills. In these cases, the driving licence and the required basic qualification are newly obtained in Germany. The costs for the necessary qualification measures can be funded by up to 100%.
